  • The Fastest Cutting Router Bit We Have Ever Offered

  • New Design Removes More Material

  • CRL 1/8" Diamond Router Bits are the fastest cutting router bit we've ever offered. The design comes from years of engineering experience in the world of glass routing, and has revolutionized glass routing as it is known today. With this bit and our ADR2 or ADR2T Portable Glass Router, speeds of up to 7" (178 mm) per minute can easily be achieved while routing in 1/4" (6.35 mm) glass. This is more than twice the speed of our previous bit! The secret of the bit is two coolant "flats" that are ground into the 1/8" (3.17 mm) diameter part of the shaft. They allow more material to be removed at a faster rate, and provide a space for twice the volume of coolant to be supplied to the cutting area. If properly used you can expect to get over 50 linear feet of routing per bit. Another amazing feature about this bit is that it costs about 50% less than our current router bits. If you're using the CRL ADR2, ADR2T, PDR or Wedge-LockĀ® Router Systems, then we recommend you try this bit.
